1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
- Products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
2. Return & Exchange Window
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. Fees
- We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
- The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was damaged during delivery.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
- We do not accept returns on:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
