At Hebaic Appliances, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item under the conditions below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
• Products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Return & Exchange Window

• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Return Methods

• You may return your product:
  • In-store at our physical location:
    • London Beauty Centre, Taveta Road, Nairobi, Kenya
  • At an authorized drop-off location (Contact us to arrange)

4. Fees

• We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
• The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was damaged during delivery.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

6. Exceptions

• We do not accept returns on:
  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
